Matthew Mindler 's, a former child actor, manner of death has been revealed.  The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office told TMZ Mindler's death has been ruled a suicide but his cause of death is still "pending toxicology results." The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office made the “manner of death” ruling Monday, though the exact cause of Mindler’s death is still pending the toxicology screen, TMZ reports. The man was identified as Louis and claimed that Kelly abused him when he was 17 years old.
