Justin Bieber sings his new song Peaches with accompaniment from The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon and The Roots on childhood instruments

Justin Bieber took part in one of Jimmy Fallon's long-running traditions on The Tonight Show during Monday night's episode.

The 27-year-old singer took part in a segment where Fallon and The Roots perform a song using only childhood instruments.

Bieber brought his new song Peaches, which he released in late March as the fifth single off his sixth studio album Justice.

The video began with just Bieber alone, starting the song on a tiny toy piano, and as he continues the first verse, he's joined by The Roots and Fallon on a variety of instruments.

Bieber would also use a kazoo during the video, and at the end, he and the rest of the group blew up a brown paper bag and popped it. 

Fallon provided vocals while using a peach/shaker and kazoo, while Questlove used clappers, bongo and a kazoo.

Black Thought used a shaker and kazoo, while James Poyser utilized a melodica and kazoo and Captain Kirk Douglas used a ukulele, güiro and kazoo.

Tuba Gooding Jr. used the maracas and a kazoo while Stro used a cowbell and kazoo, while Kamal Gray used a xylophone and kazoo,.

The ensemble was rounded out by Ian Hendrickson-Smith on a trash can drum and kazoo, Dave Guy on barrel Drums and kazoo, with Mark Kelley on the BoomWhackers and kazoo.

Bieber released Peaches on March 19 and it debuted atop the Billboard Hot 100 singles charts.

The track was Bieber's fourth song to debut atop the singles charts, tying Drake for the most debut #1 tracks of all time.

He first performed an acoustic version of the song on NPR's Tiny Desk concert series on March 17, just two days before it was officially released.

The Peaches track is the fifth single off his Justice album, which was also released in its entirety on March 19.

The album also debuted atop the Billboard 200 album charts, which was an historic feat in and of itself as well.

Bieber became the first male artist ever to debut at #1 on both the album and singles charts simultaneously, and just the third artist ever to do so.
